Nordic Fest 2010
Sons of Norway Sol-Land Lodge 2-086 in Kennewick, WA will be saying "Velkommen" to you at our Nordic Fest 2010 on Oct. 16-17th.
You will see arts and crafts from the north lands: woodcarving, rosemaling, spinning, weaving, hardanger needle work and blacksmithing, to name a few.
Entertainment will include the Picled Herring Band, the Leikarringen Folk Dancers, Jane Johnson with her accordion and Jeff Anderson with his Hardanger fiddle, and The Tri-Cities International Folk Dancers.
There will be vendors with Scandinavian items for sale and of course there will be food! Lefse, fattigman and rosettes will be for sale and you can have a taste of lutefisk and rommegrot, so come, help yourself to a free cup of coffee and enjoy the food and entertainment.
