Sons of Norway is a non-profit organization, meaning
excess revenues are used to provide cultural, heritage,
and educational services to our members. This money is
returned to local lodges in the form of programs and services,
rather than paid out as income taxes. This provides a tremendous
incentive for Sons of Norway’s 65,000 members to
purchase their insurance and personal protection products
through the Society and its representatives. Members join
the Society and pay dues to their local lodge because they
believe in the organization and its mission.
For you this means — loyal customers. There is no
better qualified lead in the insurance business than someone
who receives an on-going additional benefit from the expenditure
of their premium dollars.
Products — Sons
of Norway offers a full range of insurance
products and family protection plans: universal life, term
life, simplified issue whole life, juvenile life, flexible
premium deferred annuities, traditional and Roth IRA’s,
long term care, Medicare supplement, and disability.
Training — We provide training that is tailor-made
to your level of expertise. We provide four days of orientation
school with follow up training that can include joint field
work with our training manager, or consulting one-on-one
over the phone or email with our trainer.
You will continue to enjoy your independence but also have
the support of our sales system and product software. You
will have access to the members of our lodges you will be
assigned to — a built in list of prospects.
Compensation — Sons
of Norway will reward you for
your production based on your success. You will be compensated
with a very competitive commission schedule with bonus potential
as well.
