Sons of Norway, a non-profit fraternal organization, located in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a visionary leader for the executive position of CEO. This position will provide management of the Society's operations including fraternal and insurance functions, leadership to strengthen the Society's lodge system and supervision of the Home Office senior staff. The CEO is also responsible for the establishment of the Society's strategic goals and objectives. Candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in business or related field with previous upper level management experience. Excellent human relation skills with knowledge of insurance products and the ability to aggressively promote and preserve the heritage and culture of Norway are essential to this position.
