Trolls are fun fairy tale monsters that are so ugly they’re cute. But these fairy tales are based on legends of creepy magical monsters in the wood who want to kidnap you and eat you. We will explore both the lovable and frightening sides of trolls through the artwork of Thomas Dambo’s Detroit Lakes area troll sculptures, the murals of Fargo’s Sons of Norway Troll Lounge, Fargo-Moorhead’s unique Hardanger fiddle traditions and more.
