Sons of Norway Foundation Bylaws
In January 2025, the Sons of Norway Foundation Board of Governors updated the Bylaws document which outlines the governance of the organization. The Bylaws help to guide the Foundation toward its philanthropic mission to celebrate Nordic culture and heritage through grants and scholarships for our members and communities. A 501(c)(3) organization, the Foundation serves all districts, all lodges.
