What to expect when filing a claim

  1. Complete the online claims form by using the secure link above. If you have the death certificate, you may upload it here.
  2. Your information will be reviewed by a claim’s examiner.
  3. Once all requested information is received, your claim will be reviewed within 7-10 business days. If additional information is needed, you will be notified.
