Thanks to all our lodges who have updated their officer rosters! Lodges that did not report before the 12/31/2021 deadline may have inaccurate information published online and in their District Lodge Directories.
If you missed the deadline, please update your roster online before the end of January by logging in to www.sofn.com. Be sure you have the member numbers of anyone who will be new to their office in 2022. Once you have logged in:
- Be sure you are on your Profile page, which should be your landing page once you log in. Otherwise, you can reach your Profile page by clicking on the word ‘profile’ to the left of the Member Resources button on the top of the page.
- On the Profile page, to the left of your name, click the ‘Lodge Officer Updates’ link.
- To change the location or time of your meetings, click the Change Meeting Information button.
- To change your officers for 2022, click the Officers button.
- If you have no changes for the upcoming year, click that button at the very top of the page. The site will send an email to Sons of Norway Headquarters and your District Secretary.
- IF you have a new position for 2022, for example if you didn’t have a Cultural Director in 2021 but you will have one in 2022, click ‘Add a New Position’ and follow the directions.
- To switch an office from one person to another, click on the box with the current officer’s member number, erase that member number, and type in the member number of the new office holder. NOTE: the name will not change to match the new member number on your screen at this time.
- If you won’t have a certain position in 2022, select the box after Remove this position.
- Please change all the member numbers you need to before hitting Submit Changes at the bottom of the page. When you hit Submit Changes, an email is sent to HQ and your District Secretary.
Your new officer roster will become ‘Live’ in the system on 01/15/2022.
