­­Høstfest’s fine dining restaurant, En To Tre, presented by Sons of Norway, is an elevated culinary experience you won’t want to miss. In the evening, guests experience a gourmet six course Nordic meal featuring delicacies such as salmon and juniper-marinated venison. For those with a lighter appetite, the Taste of Norway menu is available between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. each day and features an elegant array of Scandinavian appetizers, entrees and desserts. This three-course meal features a wide variety of dishes including Norwegian smoked salmon, roasted spare ribs and meatballs.
