In less than two weeks tens of thousands will gather at the State Fair Center in Minot, N.D., to take part in North America’s largest Scandinavian festival, Norsk Høstfest. En To Tre Bring­s a Nordic Culinary Experience to Høstfest

­­Høstfest’s fine dining restaurant, En To Tre, presented by Sons of Norway, is an elevated culinary experience you won’t want to miss. In the evening, guests experience a gourmet six course Nordic meal featuring delicacies such as salmon and juniper-marinated venison. For those with a lighter appetite, the Taste of Norway menu is available between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. each day and features an elegant array of Scandinavian appetizers, entrees and desserts. This three-course meal features a wide variety of dishes including Norwegian smoked salmon, roasted spare ribs and meatballs.

In addition to countless entertainment and food options, Norsk Høstfest also offers many ways to expand your knowledge of Scandinavia! New this year is Sons of Norway’s “Spin the Norway” contest. Festivalgoers spin a giant wheel and win fun prizes as they answer a series of trivia questions about Norway.
