Santa Lucia Service and Julbord

The Gro Svendsen Lodge 1-689 will be holding their annual Santa Lucia Service and Julbord at Wallingford Lutheran Church in Wallingford, IA. The service starts as 5:30pm, with the Julbord to follow. Scandinavian dishes, drinks and treats will be served. Free will offerings are greatly appreciated.

Brugjeld Peterson Historic Farmstead will be holding it's annual Christmas on The Farm.  There will be Christmas Carols in the parlor, lefse demonstrations in the kitchen and Scandinavian treats, horse drawn sleigh/wagon rides depending on snow, blacksmith demonstrations, homemade ice cream, and a Live Nativity in the barn.
