When the certificate owner is a different person than the insured, the purchase price will only cover the owner’s membership dues. The insured individual will still need to pay separately for their membership with Sons of Norway. For family memberships, the certificate owner may either purchase an additional certificate or upgrade to a family membership by paying the balance of $47.50 for a local lodge or $18 for the central lodge.
