The Office for Contemporary Art Norway (OCA) is celebrating 2017 as the Year of Indigenous Art and Thought. Established in 2001 by Norway’s Ministries of Culture and Foreign affairs, the independent nonprofit foundation aims to feature Norwegian artists from around the globe and promote worldwide collaboration among artists.
