4 Hard-cooked eggs
1½ Tbsp chopped ham, tongue, anchovy fillets, or smoked salmon
1 Tsp butter
3 Tbsp grated cheese



Step 1

Peel the eggs and halve lengthwise.


Step 2

Carefully remove the yolks and combine with the remaining ingredients.


Step 3

Stuff the egg whites with the mixture.
