Ingredients

2 Cups whipping cream
½-¾ Cups strawberry or raspberry jam
¾ cup sugar
1 Tbsp sherry
1 Pound or about 4 cups fresh berries

  

Directions

Strawberry and raspberry ice cream, along with all other flavors, are Norway's most popular dessert.

 

Step 1

Whip the cream. Fold in the jam, sugar, and sherry.

 

Step 2

Carefully fold the berries into the cream.

 

Step 3

Pour into a 2-liter (quart) ice cream mold with a lid and freeze.
