2 cups whipping cream
1/2-3/4 cup strawberry or raspberry jam
3/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. sherry
1 lb. or about 4 cups fresh berries
Whip the cream. Fold in the jam, sugar, and sherry.
Carefully fold the berries into the cream.
Pour into a 2-liter (quart) ice cream mold with a lid and freeze.
