¾ cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 cups ground almonds or other nuts
Preheat the oven to 350º F.
Beat eggs and sugar until light and lemon-colored. Combine baking powder and nuts and fold carefully into the egg mixture.
Pour into a greased 9″ spring-form pan.
Bake 30 minutes.
Cool in the pan. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
